💼 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects for UAE-based clients. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, and ensuring compliance with UAE standards and project timelines.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP project execution from planning to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare project schedules, BOQs, budgets, and resource plans
• Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with UAE regulations
• Manage procurement coordination and vendor interactions
• Conduct risk assessments and resolve project issues
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Provide regular reporting and performance updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 7–12+ years of experience in MEP projects (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
• Experience with project management tools (Primavera/MS Project)
• Familiarity with UAE codes and standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

💰 Salary Range (UAE Market)

• AED 12,000 – AED 22,000/month
